What is required to check out a key to view a property?
You may check out a key by visiting our office and providing the following:
- A Valid, State-issued Picture ID
- A $50 Cash Key Deposit
- Phone Number we can verify before allowing you to take the key.
Key check out is on a first-come, first-served basis. Key check out hours are Monday-Thursday 9AM to 4PM, due back by 4:30PM; Friday 9AM to 12 Noon, due bay by 1PM. NO EXCEPTIONS TO KEY CHECK OUT HOURS.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 9AM to 5PM, and Friday 9AM-2PM. ***HOURS MAY DIFFER DURING HOLIDAYS*** HOLIDAY SCHEDULE 2024:
OFFICE WILL CLOSE 12NOON MONDAY, DECEMBER 23 AND WILL REOPEN THURSDAY, JANUARY 2ND AT 9AM. NO KEY CHECK OUTS OR APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE DURING THIS TIME.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cashier’s checks, and money orders. Application fees and key check outs require an exact cash payment.
Do you allow pets?
Some properties are pet friendly, and others are not. IF a property does allow for a pet, there will be a $300 Non-Refundable pet fee per pet due at lease signing. There will also be $25 pet rent per pet per month. Please inquire about restrictions.
How do I apply and what does the process entail?
Once you have completed key check out, we will give you an application. The application consists of a nation wide credit, eviction, and background search.
You will need a state issued, valid photo identification, social security card and proof of income for each person in your household age 18 and up. The application fee is $65 for one person, and an additional $25 per person for anyone 18 and up.The application process is typically 24-48 hours, depending on the day of the week, holidays, etc.
What are the income requirements, and what do you accept as proof of income?
Your take home income for the household must be at least 3x’s the amount of the rent of the property you are applying for. You must provide your last 3 paycheck stubs if you are currently employed. If you receive Social Security, Retirement, Disability, etc, we will need a copy of the current year’s statement, OR your last 3 bank statements. If you wish to use child support, we will need official documentation from the court or issuing agency showing you are currently receiving the support (not just the support order). If you are self employed, we will accept your last 3 bank statements.
We do not accept written statements or unemployment as proof of income.
